O R D I N A N C E NO. 150
AN ORDINANCE limiting the fees to be charged for
connections to public sewers to permit and inspection fees.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The District shall charge or assess no fee
for connection of house, commercial or industrial sewers to public
sewers, other than the permit and inspection fees now or hereafter
prescribed by the District.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 12, 1957.
