A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE DISSEMINATION AGENT AGREEMENT
WITH NORTHLAND SECURITIES, INC.
Whereas, The City recognizes that it received bonds in the fall of 2012 for projects and
there are certain legal reporting requirements necessary for this process and;
Whereas the City Council of the City of Tiffin recognizes that Northland Securities, Inc.
will handle the yearly mandated reporting per the previously agreed upon terms;
Now, therefore be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Tiffin, Iowa to approve
the Dissemination Agent Agreement with Northland Securities, Inc.
On the 14th day of May, at a regular meeting of the Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa,
Councilperson Upton introduced Resolution No. 2014-061, A RESOLUTION
APPROVING THE DISSEMINATION AGENT AGREEMENT WITH NORTHLAND
SECURITIES INC. and made a motion for approval. Motion seconded by
Councilperson Ryan.
Ayes: Kahler, Ryan, Petersen, Bartels, Upton
Nays: none.
Absent: none.
Whereupon five Council members were present and voted approval and Mayor Berner
declared that the Resolution No. 2014-061, A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE
DISSEMINATION AGENT AGREEMENT WITH NORTHLAND SECURITIES INC. to be
adopted and signified his approval of the same by affixing his signature thereto.
Passed by the City Council on the 14th day of May, 2014.
