APPOINTING KEVIN VITALE
TEMPORARY CLEAN COMMUNITIES LABORER
WHEREAS, the Borough of Carteret has been approved for a grant in the amount
of $22,195.00; and
WHEREAS, there is a balance of $6,592.68 for Clean Communities; and
WHEREAS, the grant provided for the employment of a temporary Clean
Communities Laborer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Council hereby
appoint
KEVIN VITALE
to the temporary grant funded position of Clean Communities Laborer.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the aforementioned individual is appr. oved for
a maximum of 447 hours, not to exceed $6,592.68.

and certified as a tree copy of the
original on April 19, 1996.
