AN ORDINANCE vacating an existing sewer easement in St.
Louis County, Missouri;
WHEREAS, the owners of the subject property have
requested this District to vacate such easement and have granted
the District a satisfactory substitute easement over the same lots
which the District has accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described sewer easement is
hereby vacated, to wit:
An easement five (5) feet wide over the East two and
one-half (22) feet of Lot 87 and over the West two and one-half
(22) feet of Lot 88 of Springdale Lake Sites, a Subdivision of St.
Louis County, Missouri, as recorded in Plat Book 37, Page 13 of
the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 26, 1957.
