AN ORDINANCE vacating a sewer easement in University
City, Missouri;
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested University City and this District to vacate such
easement and this District has no further use for such easement,
and University City joins in such request;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described sewer easement is
hereby vacated, to wit:
An easement over the south five (5) feet of Lot 9 and over
the north five (5) feet of Lot 10 of Garden Heights, a
Subdivision of St. Louis County, Missouri, as recorded in
Plat Book 22, page 38 of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 26, 1957.
