AN ORDINANCE vacating a portion of a sewer and drainage
easement in St. Louis County, Missouri;
WHEREAS, the owners of the subject property have
requested this District to vacate a portion of such easement and
this District has no further use for such portion of such
easement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of a sewer
and drainage easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
That part of a sewer and drainage easement in Lots 10 and 11
of Musick Hills, a Subdivision of St. Louis County,
Missouri, as recorded as Daily No. 162 on April 12,
1957 in the St. Louis County Records, described as
follows:
(1) The northeast five (5) feet of Lot 10, excepting
therefrom the east ten (10) feet thereof.
(2) The southwest five (5) feet of Lot 11, excepting
therefrom the east ten (10) feet thereof.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 26, 1957.
