AN ORDINANCE vacating sewer easements in St. Louis
County, Missouri;
WHEREAS, the owners of the subject property have
requested this District to vacate such easements and have offered
the District satisfactory similar easements over the adjacent
lots;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described sewer easements
are hereby vacated, to wit:
All those easements for sewer purposes lying in Lot 410 of
Riverview Gardens, a Subdivision of St. Louis County,
Missouri, as recorded in Plat Book 13, page 84 of the
St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 9, 1957.
