AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation in the sum of Five
Hundred Dollars ($500.00) out of the unappropriated surplus of the
General Fund of the District to the Department of Finance, Account
No. 1044-200, for printing an employee's handbook, and making an
appropriation in the sum of Four thousand six hundred eighty
dollars ($4,680.00) out of the unappropriated surplus of the
General Fund of the District to the Maintenance Department,
Account No. 1062-300, for the purpose of purchasing three
automobiles to replace three obsolete or worn out automobiles,
with an emergency clause.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. There is hereby appropriated and set
apart out of the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund of the
District the sum of Five hundred Dollars ($500.00) to the
Department of Finance, Account No. 1044200, for the purpose of
printing an employee's handbook.
Section Two. There is hereby appropriated and set
apart out of the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund of the
District the sum of Four thousand six hundred eighty dollars
($4,680.00) to the Maintenance Department, Account No. 1062-300,
for the purpose of purchasing three new automobiles to replace
three work out or obsolete automobiles.
Section Three. This being an appropriation ordinance,
it shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 23, 1957.
