AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation in the sum of Six
Thousand Three Hundred Twenty-two and 55/100 Dollars ($6,322.55)
out of the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund of the
District to the Maintenance Department, Account No. 1-1062-100,
and making an appropriation in the sum of Two thousand One Hundred
Forty-two and 65/00 Dollars ($2,142.65) out of the unappropriated
surplus of the General Fund of the District to the Maintenance
Department, Account No. 1063-100, for the purpose of providing
funds for meeting increases in pay granted by Ordinance No. 158 .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METRO-
POLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. There is hereby appropriated and set apart
out of the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund of the
District the sum of Six Thousand Three Hundred Twenty-two and
55/100 Dollars ($6,322.55) to the Maintenance Department, Account
No. 1-1062-100, for the purpose of providing funds for meeting
increases in pay granted by Ordinance No. 158.
Section Two. There is hereby appropriated and set apart
out of the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund of the
District the sum of Two Thousand One Hundred Forty-two and 65/100
Dollars ($2,142.65) out of the unappropriated surplus of the
General Fund of the District to the Maintenance Department,
Account No. 1-1063-100, for the purpose of providing funds for
meeting increases in pay granted by Ordinance No. 158 .
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 30, 1957.
