AN ORDINANCE vacating an existing sewer easement in Lot
5, Block B of Glenn Homestead Addition Subdivision, St. Louis
County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate such easement and this District
has been given a new and satisfactory easement in the same
property,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described sewer easement is
hereby vacated, to wit: A sewer easement in a strip ten (10) feet
wide in Lot 5, Block B of Glenn Homestead Addition Subdivision as
shown and delineated on the plat thereof recorded in Book 231,
Page 346 of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 28, 1957.
