AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation in the sum of
Eighty-five Thousand Dollars ($85,000.00) out of the
unappropriated surplus of the General Fund of the District to the
Improvement Fund, Account No. 2-5007, for the estimated cost of
the project at Third and Elm Streets in the City of St. Louis,
with an emergency clause.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. There is hereby appropriated and set
apart out of the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund of the
District the sum of Eighty-five Thousand Dollars ($85,000.00) to
the Improvement Fund, Account No. 2-5007, for the estimated cost
of the project at Third and Elm Streets in the City of St. Louis.
Section Two. This being an appropriation ordinance, it
shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 9, 1957.
