AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation in the sum of
Fifty-one Thousand Four and 51/100 Dollars ($51,004.51) out of the
unappropriated surplus of the General Fund of the District to the
Temporary Maintenance Account No. 1-1068, and the City Maintenance
Division Account No. 1-1062, and authorizing the transfer of any
unencumbered appropriation balances or portion thereof from
Account No. 1-1069-100 to Account No. 1-1068-100 and from Account
No. 1-1069-200 to Account No. 1-1068-200.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. There is hereby appropriated and set
apart out of the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund of the
District for the Temporary Maintenance Account the sum of Fifty-
one Thousand Four and 51/100 Dollars ($51,004.51) as hereinafter
detailed.

Section Two. The Executive Director is hereby
authorized to transfer the unencumbered appropriation balances or
any portion thereof from Account No. 1-1069-100 to Account No. 1-
1068-100 and from Account No. 1-1069-200 to Account No. 1-1068-
200.
Section Three. This being an appropriation ordinance,
it shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 6, 1958.
