AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation in the sum of
Twenty-three Thousand Six Hundred Seventy-six and 30/100 Dollars
($23,676.30) out of the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund
of the District to the Engineering Design Department, Records and
Drafting Account No. 1-1074-300 for aerial mapping of St. Louis
County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. There is hereby appropriated and set
apart out of the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund of the
District the sum of Twenty-three Thousand Six Hundred Seventy-six
and 30/100 Dollars ($23,676.30) to the Engineering Design
Department, Records and Drafting Account No. 1-1074-300 for the
pro rata cost of reproducible planimetric base maps of St. Louis
County, Missouri to be prepared from aerial photographs.
Section Two. This being an appropriation
ordinance, it shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 13, 1958.
