AN ORDINANCE vacating a sewer easement in St. Louis
County, Missouri;
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate such easement and this District
has no further use for such easement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described sewer easement is
hereby vacated, to wit:
An easement over the west ten (10) feet of Lot 3 of the
Amended Plat of Lots 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 of the Resubdivision of Lot
53 of East Ashby No. 2, a Subdivision of St. Louis County,
Missouri.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted January 27, 1958.
