AN ORDINANCE, establishing the position of
Administrative Assistant to the Executive Director and prescribing
the salary thereof, with an emergency clause.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. A position in the administrative
unclassified service entitled "Administrative Assistant to the
Executive Director" is hereby established.
Section Two. The salary of the position established in
Section One shall be not less than $8,000.00 nor more than
$10,000.00 per annum, payable in equal semi-monthly installments,
and the salary of an incumbent shall be authorized and fixed from
time to time by the Executive Director within these prescribed
limits.
Section Three. The need of an immediate appointment to
the position creates an emergency within the meaning of the Plan
and this Ordinance shall be and become effective immediately upon
its adoption.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 10, 1958.
