AN ORDINANCE vacating existing sewer and drainage
easements in the City of Berkeley, St. Louis County, Missouri;
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate such easements, and this
District has no further use for the same;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described sewer and
drainage easements are hereby vacated, to wit:
All easements for sewer and drainage purposes in Lots 1, 2, 3
and 4 of Resubdivision of Part of Block 10 of Ramona
Park, a Subdivision of St. Louis County, Missouri, as
recorded in Plat Book 57, page 10 of the St. Louis
County Records, saving and excepting therefrom those
easements five (5) feet wide over the eastern five (5)
feet of Lots 1 and 4 of said Subdivision.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted February 25, 1958
