AN ORDINANCE vacating an existing sewer easement in the
Village of Riverview, St. Louis County, Missouri;
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate such easement, and this District
has no further use for the same;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described sewer easement is
hereby vacated, to wit:
An easement five (5) feet wide, being the East 125 feet
of the North 5 feet of Lot 14 of the Subdivision of Lot 25 of
Coburg Lands, a subdivision in the Village of Riverview, St. Louis
County, Missouri, according to plat thereof recorded in Plat Book
26, Page 3 of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 10, 1958.
