Home My Public Portal About00181 O R D I N A N C E NO. 181 AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation in the sum of Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($2,500.00) out of the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund of the District to the Director of Finance Office, Consulting Services, Account No. 1- 1041-250 for reimbursement of the Financial Adviser of the District for out-of-pocket expenses which may be advanced for the District. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. There is hereby appropriated and set apart out of the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund of the District the sum of Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($2,500.00) to the Director of Finance Office, Consulting Services, Account No. 1-1041-250 for reimbursement of the Financial Adviser of the District for out-of-pocket expenses which may be advanced for the District. Section Two. This being an appropriation ordinance, it shall take effect immediately upon its enactment. The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 10, 1958.
