AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation in the sum of
Eight Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($8,500.00) out of the
unappropriated surplus of the General Fund of the District to the
County Maintenance, Other Operating Expenses Account No. 1-1063-
200 to replace a like amount transferred therefrom August 26, 1957
to the Flood Emergency Account No. 1-1069-200.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METRO-
POLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. There is hereby appropriated and set
apart out of the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund of the
District the sum of Eight Thousand Five Hundred Dollars
($8,500.00) to the County Maintenance, Other Operating Expenses
Account No. 1-1063-200 to replace a like amount transferred
therefrom August 26, 1957 to the Flood Emergency Account No. 1-
1069-200.
Section Two. This being an appropriation ordinance, it
shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 24, 1958.
