AN ORDINANCE vacating an easement in the City of
Ferguson, Missouri;
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate such easement, and has given
this District a satisfactory substitute easement over the same
property,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described sewer easement is
hereby vacated, to wit:
That easement granted to The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer
District by the City of Ferguson on August 1, 1957 as
recorded in Book 3823, page 254 of the St. Louis County
Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 7, 1958.
(In connection with Maline Creek Trunk Sewer project.)
