AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation in the sum of Ten
Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars ($10,750.00) out of the
unappropriated surplus of the General Fund of the District to the
General Office Services Account No. 1-1042-200.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. There is hereby appropriated and set
apart out of the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund of the
District the sum of Ten Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars
($10,750.00) to the General Office Services Account No. 1-1042-
200.
Section Two. This being an appropriation ordinance, it
shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on April 21, 1958.
