AN ORDINANCE vacating an existing storm sewer easement
in Lots 6, 7, 8 and 9 of Clay-Lind Estates Subdivision, U. S.
Survey 2675, Township 45 North, Range 5 East, St. Louis County,
Missouri, as shown and delineated on subdivision plat recorded in
Plat Book 61, Page 25 of the St. Louis County Records.
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate the subJect easement and has
granted to the District a satisfactory new easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The District hereby vacates the easement
for storm sewer purposes in a strip of ground twenty-five feet
wide in Lots 6, 7, 8, and 9 of Clay-Lind Estates, a subdivision in
U. S. Survey 2675, Township 45 North, Range 5 East, St. Louis
County, Missouri, as such strip is shown and delineated on the
plat of said subdivision recorded in Plat Book 61, Page 25 of the
St. Louis County Records, the center line of such strip being
more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point
distant S. 88Ε 55' E. 175' from the S. W. Corner of Lot 7, thence
approximately N. 28Ε E. to a point in the 50' building line of Lot
7, distant N. 88Ε 55' W. 32.52' from the E. line of said Lot 7,
thence continuing approximately N. 11Ε E. to a point in the N.
line of Lot 9, which point is distant S. 88Ε 55' E. 50' from the
N.W. corner of said Lot 9.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted July 7, 1958
