AN ORDINANCE vacating an easement in the City of
Crestwood, Missouri;
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate such easement, and has given
this District a satisfactory substitute easement over the same
property.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described sewer easement is
hereby vacated, to wit:
A 20 foot meandering easement lying in Lots 37 and 38 as
shown on Oak Tree Haven Plat 1 as recorded in Plat
Book 81, Page 41 in the Office of the Recorder of
Deeds, St. Louis County, Missouri.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 4, 1958.
