AN ORDINANCE vacating an easement in St. Louis County,
Missouri;
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate such easement, and this District
has no further use for such easement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described sewer easement is
hereby vacated, to wit:
That easement granted to The Metropolitan St. Louis
Sewer District by Gene L. Vescovo and
Berenice Vescovo, his wife, on January 18,
1956, as recorded in Book 3556, page 29 of
the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 4, 1958.
