AN ORDINANCE vacating an easement in St. Louis County,
Missouri;
WHEREAS, the Owners of the subject property have
requested this District to vacate such easement, and have given
this District a satisfactory substitute easement over the same
property,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described sewer easement is
hereby vacated, to wit:
That portion of an easement being 10 feet wide granted by
Desmond Nuckolls and Imogene Nuckolls, his wife, and
Granville Falls and Marie Falls, his wife, on October 4,
1957, and recorded in Book 3837, page 278 of the St. Louis
County Records, the southwestern and southeastern lines of
said portion being further described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the northwestern line of said Desmond
Nuckolls and wife's property as recorded in Book 3207, page
120 of the St. Louis County Records, said point being 77.72
feet northeastwardly from the westerly corner of such pro-
perty; thence southeastwardly, at right angles to said
northwestern line, a distance of 73.38 feet to a point;
thence northeastwardly, at right angles, a distance of 187.60
feet to the southwesterly line of a five foot wide easement
as granted by the above easement deed.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 4, 1958.
