AN ORDINANCE vacating sewer easements in the City of
Kirkwood, Missouri;
WHEREAS, the owners of the subject property have
requested the City of Kirkwood and this District to vacate such
easements and the City of Kirkwood has vacated its interest in
such easements by Ordinance No. 4403 and this District has no
further use for such easements,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described sewer easements
are hereby vacated, to wit:
An easement over the south ten (10) feet of Lot 47, and an
easement over the north five (5) feet of Lot 48, both of
Section E, Osage Hills, a subdivision of St. Louis County,
Missouri, as recorded in Plat Book 23, pages 48 and 49 of the
St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 4, 1958.
