AN ORDINANCE vacating a portion of a sewer easement in
the City of Crestwood, Missouri;
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate such portion of easement and
this District has no need for such portion of easement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of sewer
easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
The southerly one (1) foot of the seven and one-half (72) foot
wide easement along the north line of Lot 26 of
Dallwood, a subdivision of St. Louis County, Missouri,
according to the plat thereof recorded as Daily No.
174, August 8, 1957 of the St. Louis County Records,
excepting therefrom the western ten (10) feet thereof.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 4, 1958.
