AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation in the sum of One
Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00) out of the unappropriated
surplus of the Emergency Fund of the District to the Improvement
Fund, (River des Peres, Account No. 2-5005).
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. There is hereby appropriated and set apart
out of the unappropriated surplus of the Emergency Fund of the
District the sum of One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00) to
the Improvement Fund, (River des Peres, Account No. 2-5005).
Section Two. This being an appropriation ordinance, it
shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted August 11, 1958.
