ORDINANCE NO. 226
AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation in the sum of Two Hundred
Sixty-four Dollars ($264.00) out of the unappropriated surplus of the
General Fund of the District to the Secretary-Treasurer's Office,
Collections Division, Capital Outlay (Account No. 1-1012-300) for part of
the purchase price of one automobile.
BE lT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST.
LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. There is hereby appropriated and set apart out of
the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund of the District the sum of
Two Hundred Sixty-four Dollars ($264.00) to the Secretary-Treasurer's
Office, Collections Division, Capital Outlay (Account No. 1-1012-300) for
part of the purchase price of one automobile.
Section Two. This being an appropriation ordinance, it shall
take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 2, 1958.
