AN ORDINANCE vacating a portion of an easement in St.
Louis County, Missouri;
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate a portion of such easement, and
this District has no further use for such portion of easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of
easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
The North five (5) feet of the easement over the South ten
(10) feet of Lot 5 of Cherri Acres, a subdivision of
St. Louis County, Missouri, according to the plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 51, Page 24 of the St.
Louis County Records, excepting therefrom the Eastern
ten (10) feet thereof.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 17, 1958.
