AN ORDINANCE making appropriations out of the un-
appropriated surplus of the General Fund of the District in the
sum of Five Hundred Fifty-four Dollars and Forty Cents ($554.40)
to the City Maintenance Division, Personal Services, Account No.
1-1062-100, in the sum of Eight Hundred Fifty-six Dollars and no
cents ($856.00) to the County Maintenance Division, Personal
Services, Account No. 1-1063-100, and in the sum of Eight Hundred
Twenty-six Dollars and Fifteen Cents ($826.15) to the Lift
Stations Division, Personal Services, Account No. 1-1065-100, all
for the payment to salaries required by the reclassification of
certain positions in such Divisions.
WHEREAS, certain positions in the classified service
have been reclassified under Rule 4.4 of the Civil Service Rules,
as adopted by Ordinance No. 38, and
WHEREAS, supplementary appropriations are necessary to
give effect to such reclassification,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. There is hereby appropriated and set apart
out of the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund of the
District the sum of Five Hundred Fifty-four Dollars and Forty
Cents ($554.40) to the City Maintenance Division, Personal
Services, Account No. 1-1062-100 for the payments required by
reclassification of certain positions in such Division.
Section Two. There is hereby appropriated and set apart
out of the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund of the
District the sum of Eight Hundred Fifty-six Dollars and no cents
($856.00) to the County Maintenance Division, Personal Services,
Account No. 1-1063-100 for the payments required by the
reclassification of certain positions in such Division.
Section Three. There is hereby appropriated and set
apart out of the unappropriated.surplus of the General Fund of the
District the sum of Eight Hundred Twenty-six Dollars and Fifteen
Cents ($826.15) to the Lift Station Division, Personal Services,
Account No. 1-1065-100 for the payments required by the
reclassification of certain positions in such Division.
Section Four. This being an appropriation ordinance, it
shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted September 17, 1958.
