AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation in the sum of Five
Hundred Dollars ($500.00) out of the unappropriated surplus of the
General Fund of the District to County Maintenance, Capital Outlay
(Account No. 1-1063-300) for part of the purchase price of one
automobile.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METRO-
POLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. There is hereby appropriated and set apart
out of the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund of the
District the sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) to County
Maintenance, Capital Outlay (Account No. 1-1063-300) for part of
the purchase price of one automobile, such appropriation to be
added to the sum received in payment for a wrecked automobile.
Section Two. This being an appropriation ordinance, it
shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted October 2, 1958.
