AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation in the sum of One
Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00) out of the unappropriated
surplus of the Improvement Fund of the District to the Improvement
Fund Reserve for Purchase of Special Tax Bills, Account No. 2-
5010.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METRO-
POLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. There is hereby appropriated and set apart
out of the unappropriated surplus of the Improvement Fund of the
District the sum of One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00) to
the Improvement Fund Reserve for Purchase of Special Tax Bills,
Account No. 2-5010, for such purchases of special tax bills as may
be authorized by the Board of Trustees.
Section Two. This being an appropriation ordinance, it
shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
