AN ORDINANCE vacating portions of easements in St.
Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject properties has re-
quested this District to vacate portions of such easements and has
offered the District a satisfactory easement as a substitute for
those easements across Lots 136 and 137 of Maple Hills Addition
No. 2 Subdivision, and this District has no further use for such
portions of easements across the other subject lots of such
Subdivision,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following portions of easements are
hereby vacated, to wit:
An easement five (5) feet in width over the west five (5)
feet of Lot 136, Maple Hills Addition No. 2, a Subdivision of
St. Louis County, Missouri, according to the plat thereof
recorded as Daily No. 44, April 24, 1958, excepting therefrom
the north five (5) feet thereof.
An easement five (5) feet in width over the east five (5)
feet of Lot 137 of aforesaid Maple Hills Addition No. 2
Subdivision, excepting therefrom the north five (5) feet
thereof.
The southeastern 2-1/2 feet of an easement 7 1/2 feet in
width over the northwest 7-1/2 feet of Lot 44 of aforesaid
Maple Hills Addition No. 2 Subdivision, excepting therefrom
the northeastern 7-1/2 feet thereof.

The northwestern 2-1/2 feet of an easement 7-1/2 feet in
width over the southeastern 7-1/2 feet of Lot 41 of aforesaid
Maple Hills Addition No. 2 Subdivision, excepting therefrom
the northeastern 7-1/2 feet thereof.
The eastern 2-1/2 feet of an easement 7-1/2 feet in width
over the west 7-1/2 feet of Lot 78 of aforesaid Maple Hills
Addition No. 2 Subdivision, excepting therefrom the north 7-
1/2 feet thereof.
The western 2-1/2 feet of an easement 7-1/2 feet in width
over the east 7-1/2 feet of Lot 79 of aforesaid Maple Hills
Addition No. 2 Subdivision, excepting therefrom the north 7-
1/2 feet thereof.
The southeast 2-1/2 feet of an easement 7-1/2 feet in width
over the northwestern 7-1/2 feet of Lot 84 of aforesaid Maple
Hills Addition No. 2 Subdivision, excepting therefrom the
northeast 7-1/2 feet thereof.
The southeast 2-1/2 feet of an easement 7-1/2 feet in width
over the northwestern 7-1/2 feet of Lot 107 of aforesaid
Maple Hills Addition No. 2 Subdivision, excepting therefrom
the northeast 30 feet and the southwest 10 feet thereof.
The southeast 2-1/2 feet of an easement 7-1/2 feet in width
over the northwestern 7-1/2 feet of Lot 142 of aforesaid
Maple Hills Addition No. 2 Subdivision, excepting therefrom
the northeast 5 feet thereof.
