AN ORDINANCE vacating portions of easements in St.
Louis County, Missouri.
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject properties has
requested this District to vacate portions of such easements and
has given the District satisfactory substitute easements therefor;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following portions of easements are
hereby vacated, to wit:
The anchor easement, being the west 10 feet of the east 15
feet of the south 5 feet of Lot 129 and the west 10 feet of
the east 15 feet of the north 5 feet of Lot 130, of Siemers
Acres, Plat 2, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 73, page 12 of the office of the Recorder of Deeds, St.
Louis County, Missouri.
The south 5 feet of Lot 150 of Siemers Acres, Plat 3,
according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 82, page
17 of the office of the Recorder of Deeds, St. Louis County,
Missouri, excepting therefrom the west 5 feet thereof.
The north 5 feet of Lot 149 of said Siemers Acres, Plat 3,
excepting therefrom the west 5 feet thereof.
The east 5 feet of Lot 199 of said Siemers Acres, Plat 3,
excepting therefrom the north 5 feet thereof.
The east 5 feet of Lot 200 of said Siemers Acres, Plat 3,
excepting therefrom the south 5 feet thereof.
The east 5 feet of Lot 219 of said Siemers Acres, Plat 3,
excepting therefrom the north 5 feet thereof.
The east 5 feet of Lot 220 of said Siemers Acres, Plat 3,
excepting therefrom the south 5 feet thereof.
The east 5 feet of Lot 239 of said Siemers Acres, Plat 3,
excepting therefrom the north 5 feet thereof.
The east 5 feet of Lot 240 of said Siemers Acres, Plat 3,
excepting therefrom the south 5 feet thereof.
The east 5 feet of Lot 259 of said Siemers Acres, Plat 3,
excepting therefrom the north 5 feet thereof.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on November 13, 1958.
