AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation in the sum of
Three Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars ($3,750.00) out of the
unappropriated surplus of the General Fund of the District to the
Finance Director's Office (Account No. 1-1041) for support,
maintenance and operation.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METRO-
POLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. There is hereby appropriated and set apart
out of the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund of the
District the sum of Three Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars
($3,750.00) to the Director of Finance Office, for support,
maintenance and operation, as follows:
Personal Services, Account No.1-1041-100 - $3,500.00
Capital Outlay, Account No. 1-1041-300 - 250.00
Total - $3,750.00
Section Two. This being an appropriation ordinance, it
shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted December 4, 1958.
