RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE ORDER
WHEREAS, on September 1, 1994 by Resolution #95-305, the Mayor and Council
of the Borough of Carteret approved a contract to Cardeli, Inc. in the amount of
$104,500.00; and
WHEREAS, the Borough Engineer has informed the Governing Body that a
modification of the contract is reasonable and necessary; and
WHEREAS, the Borough Engineer has further certified that said modifications were
unforeseen at the time the original contract was awarded;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the sum of $41,319.50 is hereby
added from the original contract and payment of the modified amount is hereby
approved.
Adopted this 15th day of August, 1996
and certified as a true copy of the
original on August 16, 1996.
