AN ORDINANCE vacating sewer easements and portions of
sewer easements in the City of Overland, Missouri;
WHEREAS, the owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate such easements and portions of
easements and has offered this District satisfactory substitute
easements;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described sewer easements
and portions of sewer easements are hereby vacated, to wit:
All of the five (5) foot wide easement over the west five (5)
feet of Lot 7 of Karen View, a Subdivision of St. Louis
County, Missouri, according to the plat thereof recorded as
Daily No. 95, March 30, 1956, of the St. Louis County
Records.
All of that ten (10) foot wide easement in aforesaid Lot 7,
the centerline of which is described as beginning on the east
line of said Lot 7, at its intersection with the common lot
line of Lots 2 and 3 of aforesaid Subdivision, thence
extending westwardly in a line perpendicular to said east
line of Lot 7 to its intersection with the west line of said
Lot 7.
That portion of the five (5) foot wide easement which extends
over the west five (5) feet of Lot 1 of aforesaid Subdivision,
excepting the south ten (10) feet thereof.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on February 12, 1959.
