AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation in the sum of
Three Thousand Nine Hundred Nine Dollars and 74 Cents ($3,909.74)
out of the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund of the
District to Deposits for Reimbursable Maintenance Projects
(Account No. 1-3024-B) for work on a sewer in Hartnett Avenue, St.
Louis County, Missouri.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METRO-
POLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. There is hereby appropriated and set apart
out of the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund of the
District the sum of Three Thousand Nine Hundred Nine Dollars and
74 Cents ($3,909.74) to Deposits for Reimbursable Maintenance
Projects (Account No. 1-3024-B) for work on a sewer in Hartnett
Avenue, St. Louis County, Missouri.
Section Two. This being an appropriation ordinance, it
shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on February 12, 1959.
