AN ORDINANCE vacating a portion of an easement in the
City of Ladue, Missouri;
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate such portion of easement, and
this District has no use or need for such portion of easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of sewer
easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
So much of an easement dedicated to St. Louis County
for public utility use by the plat of Beckermann Clayton Road
Subdivision, a subdivision of St. Louis County, Missouri,
according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 22 page 68 of
the St. Louis County Records, the centerline of which is described
as follows: Beginning at the most western corner of Lot 13 in
Block 1 of said subdivision, thence running south 45o51' east, a
distance of 496.13 feet to the most southern corner of Lot 5 in
Block 2 of said subdivision.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 5, 1959.
