AN ORDINANCE establishing the position of Chief of
Subdistrict Development within the unclassified service of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District and prescribing the salary
thereof.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METRO-
POLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. A position in the administrative un-
classified service entitled "Chief of Subdistrict Development'' is
hereby established.
Section Two. The salary of the position established in
Section One shall be not less than $8,000.00 nor more than
$10,000.00 per annum, payable in equal semi-monthly installments,
and the salary of the incumbent shall be authorized and fixed
from time to time by the Executive Director within these
prescribed limits.
Section Three. The need of an immediate appointment to
the position creates an emergency within the meaning of the Plan
and this Ordinance shall be and become effective immediately upon
its adoption.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 5, 1959.
