AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation in the sum of Five
Thousand Eight Hundred Dollars ($5,800.00) out of the unappro-
priated surplus of the General Fund of the District to Subdistrict
Development Department, Personal Services (Account No. 1-1032-100)
for support and maintenance.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METRO-
POLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. There is hereby appropriated and set
apart out of the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund of the
District the sum of Five Thousand Eight Hundred Dollars
($5,800.00) to Subdistrict Development Department, Personal
Services (Account No. 1-1032-100) for support and maintenance.
Section Two. This being an appropriation ordinance, it
shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 5, 1959.
