AN ORDINANCE vacating a portion of an easement in the
Village of Bel-Ridge, St. Louis County Missouri;
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has
requested this District to vacate such portion of easement, and
this District has no further use for such portion of easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of sewer
easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
That portion of easement as recorded in Book 2664, page
104 of the St. Louis County Records extending from a point 10 feet
west of and measured at right angles to the west line of Block 5
of Schultz City, a subdivision of St. Louis County, Missouri,
which west line is also the east line of Wheaton Terrace, a
subdivision of St. Louis County, Missouri, according to the plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 86, page 9 of the St. Louis County
Records; thence westwardly across Lots 21, 22, 24, 25, 4, 5 and
the southeast feet of Lot 6 of said Wheaton Terrace Subdivision,
to the east line of the 5 foot easement over the west 5 feet of
Lot 6 of said Wheaton Terrace Subdivision.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted March 26, 1959.
