AN ORDINANCE vacating a portion of an easement in the
Village of Moline Acres, Missouri;
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has re-
quested this District to vacate such portion of easement, and this
District has no use or need for such portion of easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of sewer
easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
So much of an irregularly shaped easement in Lot 291 of
Hathaway Meadows No. 3, a subdivision of St. Louis County,
Missouri, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 62,
page 5 of the St. Louis County Records, as is described as
follows: Beginning at a point on the east line of such easement,
which point is 35 feet northwardly from the south line of
aforesaid Lot 291, measured along said east line of easement and
its southwardly extension; thence westwardly along a line parallel
with the said south line of Lot 291 to a point 10 feet east of and
measured at right angles to the west line of said lot; thence
northwardly along a line parallel with said west line of Lot 291
to its intersection with the north line of said easement; thence
eastwardly and southwardly along the said north and east lines of
said easement to the point of beginning.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 30, 1959.
