AN ORDINANCE vacating an easement in the City of
Overland, Missouri;
WHEREAS, the Owner of the subject property has
requested this Distr#ct to vacate such easement, and has
granted this District a satisfactory substitute easement,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described sewer easement is
hereby vacated, to wit:
That easement granted by Archie Viehmann and Martin
Viehmann and Lydia Viehmann, his wife, to The Metropolitan St.
Louis Sewer District, lying in Part Lot 8, Rufus J. Lackland
Estate, U. S. Survey 3042, St. Louis County, Missouri, and
recorded in Book 3982, page 64 of the St. Louis County Records.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted April 30, 1959.
