AN ORDINANCE vacating a portion of an easement in the
City of Kirkwood, Missouri;
WHEREAS, the owners of the subject property have
requested this District to vacate such portion of an easement, and
have given this District a satisfactory substitute easement over
the same property,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. The following described portion of sewer
easement is hereby vacated, to wit:
That portion of an easement ten (10') feet wide created by deed
recorded in Book 1531, page 160 of the St. Louis County
Records, over property conveyed to SONGE S. SAKORNBUT
and wife by deed recorded in Book 3748, page 69 of the
St. Louis County Records, and lying on the east side of
Woodlawn Ave.in the City of Kirkwood, Mo. in the west
one-half of the northwest one-quarter of Section 31,
Township 45 North, Range 6 East, St. Louis County,
Missouri.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted May 21, 1959.
