AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis
County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 76 (Olive Dielman
Trunk) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the
District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be
known as Subdistrict No. 76 (Olive Dielman Trunk).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 76
(Olive Dielman Trunk) shall be as follows:

Olive-Dielman Trunk
Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of Olive Street
Road, 60 feet wide, with the Southward prolongation of the West
line of Lot 10 of the G. W. Biernes Estate, as shown in Plat Book
8, Page 151 of the City of St. Louis, (formerly County) Records;
thence Westwardly along the centerline of Olive Street Road to
its intersection with the Southward prolongation of the West line
of Lot 5 of Tower Hill Subdivision, as shown in Plat Book 3, Page
107, of the City of St. Louis (formerly County) Records; thence
Northwardly along said prolongation and along the West lines of
said Lot 5 to its intersection with the Westward prolongation of
the North line of property described in deed to George and Talka
Thalmann recorded in Deed Book 3243, Page 77, of the St. Louis
County Records; thence Eastwardly along said Westward
prolongation, the said North line of the Thalmann property, and
its Eastward prolongation to its intersection with the West line
of Lot 2 of Bon Delle Subdivision, as shown in Plat Book 81, Page
18, of the St. Louis County Records; thence Southwardly along the
West line of said Lot 2 to the Southwest corner of said Lot 2;
thence Eastwardly along the South lines of Lots 2 and 1 of Bon
Delle Subdivision and along their Eastward prolongation to the
West line of Lot 15 of Bon Delle Subdivision; thence Southwardly
along the West lines of said Lot 15 to the Southwest corner of
said Lot 15; thence Eastwardly along the South lines of Lots 15
and 14 of Bon Delle Subdivision to the Southeast corner of said

Lot 14; thence Northwardly along the East lines of Bon Delle
Subdivision to the Northeast corner of Bon Delle Subdivision,
which is also the Northeast corner of Lot 10 of Tower Hill
Subdivision; thence Eastwardly along the North lines of Lots 11,
12 and 13 of Tower Hill Subdivision and their Eastward
prolongation to the intersection with the East line of Dielman
Road, 40 feet wide; thence Northwardly along the East line of
Dielman Road to a point 300 feet south of the North line of
property described in deed to A. C. F. Industries recorded in Deed
Book 3640, Page 173, of the St. Louis County Records; thence
northeastwardly in a straight line to the point of intersection of
said North line of the A. C. F. Industries property with the West
line of the Chicago, Rock Island and Pacific Railroad Right-of-
Way, 100 feet wide; thence Southeastwardly along the Southwest
line of said Right-of-Way for a distance of 600 feet; thence
Southwestwardly in a straight line to a point, said point being
100 feet North of the Northeast corner of property now or formerly
of Thomas Shannon as recorded in Deed Book 3621 on Page 544 of the
St. Louis County Records as measured along the Northward pro-
jection of the East line of said Shannon property; thence
southwardly along projection and along said east line and along
the Southward projection of said East line to the Southeast corner
of property now or formerly of Wendell E. and Amy B. Pabor as
recorded in Deed Book 2211 on Page 152 of the St. Louis County
Records; thence Westwardly along the South line of said Pabor

property and said line projected westwardly to the centerline of
Elbring Drive, 25 feet wide; thence southwardly along said
centerline to its intersection with the eastward projection of the
northernmost line of property now or formerly of Anita and Edwin
0. Bechtold as recorded in Deed Book 2533 on Page 438 of the St.
Louis County Records; thence Westwardly along said projection and
running generally along the North lines of said Bechtold property
to the Northwest corner of said Bechtold property; thence
Southwestwardly in a straight line to the Northeast corner of
property now or formerly of Emily and C. W. Meyer as recorded in
Deed Book 1741 on Page 614 of the St. Louis County Records; thence
Westwardly along the north line of said Meyer property and said
line projected westwardly to its intersection with the west line
of said Lot 10 of the G. W. Biernes Estate; thence southwardly
along said west line to the point of beginning:
