HomeMy Public PortalAbout00292 (The following Ordinance was adopted June 11, 1959) O R D I N A N C E NO. 292 AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 77 (Elbring Drive) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT: Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be known as Subdistrict No. 77 (Elbring Drive). Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 77 (Elbring Drive) shall be as follows: (SEE NEXT PAGE) ELBRING DRIVE SUBDISTRICT Beginning at a point, said point being the southeast corner of property now or formerly of Wendell E. and Amy B. Pabor as recorded in Deed Book 2211 on page 152 of the St. Louis County Records; thence Westwardly along the South line of said Pabor property and said line projected westwardly to the centerline of Elbring Drive, 25 feet wide; thence southwardly along sa|d centerline to its intersection with the eastward projection of the northernmost line of property 60 feet by 350 feet now or formerly of Anita and Edwin O. Bechtold as recorded in Deed Book 2533 on Page 438 of the St. Louis County Records; thence Westwardly along said projection and running generally along the North line of said Bechtold property to its intersection with the southward projection of the West line of property now or formerly of R. C. and E. A. Pierce as recorded in Deed Book 2655 on Page 275 of the St. Louis County Records; thence northwardly along said projection and along said property line to the northwest corner of said Pierce property; thence eastwardly along the north line of said Pierce property and said north line projected eastwardly to the northwest corner of property now or formerly of Emily and C. W. Meyer as recorded in Deed Book 1741 on Page 614 of the St. Louis County Records; thence southwardly along the west line of said Meyer property and said line projected southwardly to the point of beginning;
