AN ORDINANCE, establishing a subdistrict in St. Louis
County, Missouri, to be known as Subdistrict No. 80 (Montague
Court) of The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. Pursuant to a petition of residents of the
District, there is hereby established a subdistrict of The
Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District within which sewer or
drainage facilities may be constructed, reconstructed, or improved
at the expense of the subdistrict. Such subdistrict shall be
known as Subdistrict No. 80 (Montague Court).
Section Two. The boundaries of Subdistrict No. 80
(Montague Court) shall be as follows:

MONTAGUE COURT
Beginning at a point, said point being the intersection
of the centerline of Langley Avenue with the east line of
Mackenzie Road; thence northwardly along said east line of
Mackenzie Road to its intersection with the westward prolongation
of the north line of Miller's Mackenzie Suburbs Subdivision as
recorded in Plat Book 46 on Page 47 of the St. Louis County
Records; thence eastwardly along said prolongation and along said
north line to the northeast corner of said subdivision; thence
southwardly along the east line of said subdivision and said east
line projected southwardly to its intersection with the centerline
of Langley Avenue; thence westwardly along said centerline of
Langley Avenue to the point of beginning;
