AN ORDINANCE making an appropriation and transfer of
funds in the sum of One Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars
($150,000.00) out of the unappropriated surplus of the General
Fund of the District to the Improvement Fund to provide moneys for
appropriation from time to time for the preliminary expenses of
subdistrict sewer and drainage improvements.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
METROPOLITAN ST. LOUIS SEWER DISTRICT:
Section One. There is hereby appropriated from and
transferred out of the unappropriated surplus of the General Fund
of the District the sum of One Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars
($150,000.00) to the Improvement Fund for the purpose of providing
moneys for appropriation from time to time for the preliminary
expenses of subdistrict sewer and drainage improvements.
Section Two. This being an appropriation ordinance, it
shall take effect immediately upon its enactment.
The foregoing Ordinance was adopted on June 25, 1959.
